All of our products are made to order just for you — this helps us reduce waste and keep our quality high.
Processing Time:
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to be made before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item is on its way.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

SledFans Shipping Protection Policy
What is Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that safeguards your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. For a small fee, SledFans will replace or reship your package at no additional cost if something goes wrong after it leaves our facility.
What It Covers:

Lost packages that never arrive

Packages marked “delivered” but not received (after carrier investigation)

Items damaged during shipping
What It Doesn’t Cover:

Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Packages returned to sender due to delivery issues

Delays caused by weather or carrier interruptions
How It Works:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, simply contact our support team at support@sledfans.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number, a photo of your shipping label, and any relevant details (such as photos of damage).
We’ll verify and reship your items quickly — no hassle, no waiting for the carrier to reimburse.
Without Shipping Protection:
If you choose not to add Shipping Protection, SledFans cannot replace lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
