Refund & Return Policy

Because each SledFans item is made especially for you once your order is placed, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.

We will, however, gladly replace or refund items that:

• Arrive damaged or defective, or

• Are lost or never delivered.

If this happens, please contact us at support@sledfans.com within 5 days of receiving your order (or after the expected delivery date). Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Note: Since all items are made to order, cancellations or changes can only be made within 6 hours of placing your order.
