SledFans Shipping Protection Policy

What is Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that safeguards your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. For a small fee, SledFans will replace or reship your package at no additional cost if something goes wrong after it leaves our facility.

What It Covers:

• Lost packages that never arrive

• Packages marked “delivered” but not received (after carrier investigation)

• Items damaged during shipping

What It Doesn’t Cover:

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

• Packages returned to sender due to delivery issues

• Delays caused by weather or carrier interruptions

How It Works:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, simply contact our support team at support@sledfans.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant details (such as photos of damage).
We’ll verify and reship your items quickly — no hassle, no waiting for the carrier to reimburse.

Without Shipping Protection:
If you choose not to add Shipping Protection, SledFans cannot replace lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
